Return & Refund Policy

Our products are made to order, but the rules are simple: 30 days, no drama.

Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Write to hola@myserenna.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions.

Wrong size

If the size is wrong, we'll swap it. Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window; you cover the return shipping, and we ship the replacement free of charge.

Defects and misprints

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full — your choice. No need to ship the item back.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of your return being received and approved. Shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
