Shipping Policy

Everything we sell is printed on demand in North America. Production takes 2–3 business days after your order is placed.

United States

US orders are printed in the United States and delivered by standard carriers within 3–5 business days after production. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days of purchase.

Canada

Canadian orders are printed in Canada whenever the item is available from a Canadian facility, which avoids customs delays and import fees. When an item ships from the US instead, delivery may take a few days longer and import charges, where applied, are the recipient's responsibility.

We ship to the United States and Canada only.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, write to us at hola@myserenna.com and we'll chase it.
